A belt conveyor is a kind of sand and gravel equipment mainly used on vibrating equipment and crushing plant. The belt conveyor plays an important role in connecting each production facility, which helps realize the continuity and automation of production processes, improve productivity and reduce labor intensity. It is an auxiliary device produced based on friction drive principle.
Currently Xuanshi belt conveyors are increasingly used in mining, metallurgy, chemical, casing, building materials, and many other industries. According to different requirement, our belt conveyors can be used independently or combined with other belt conveyor or conveying equipment to form a conveying system. They can be used at -20℃ to + 40℃, and the materials conveyed should be below 50℃.

Our belt conveyor is mainly composed of conveyor frame, belt, roller, transmission device and so on. The frame is made of high-quality steel, and the height of its front and rear legs are different, which makes the plane surface form a certain angle (not more than 20o). The core of the belt is made from cotton, nylon or canvas. The frame is equipped with belt roller or carrier roller to support conveyor belt. In the drive unit, there are gear motor drive and motor pulley drive.
